My daughter has hearing loss and Dr Werle has been extremely helpful with the whole process. Makes sure to keep me completely informed to the point where I have no questions for him.

Wouldn't Recommend!
We waited months to see him and he was highly recommended - what a mistake! Worst doctor we have EVER been to -Spent 2 minutes with us, didn't listen to anything we had to say, and barely spoke to my kid. I'm hoping he was maybe just having a bad day, but it was honestly horrible.

Dr Werle was so amazing. I wish I could clone him for all my children's doctors. He was warm and friendly. He made my already nervous son calm and relaxed. He explained everything with such ease and understanding (which isn't always common in the medical field with doctors). He is an excellent physician and genuinely made a possibly scary situation for a young boy who has never had medical issues- feel comfortable and that was so important to me, as his mother. I can't say enough good things about Dr Werle!!!

Today, I feel like many Doctors are very rushed and do not take the time with their patients.I feel like Dr. Werle is ALWAYS very concerned, helpful, and genuine. Always discussed many options and results as well as preventative measures and follow up! He truly is the one of the BEST! Always happy leaving his office! Thank you Dr Werle, you have treated 2 of my children and you have always given us more than your best. I can express how much we appreciate you and your care!

So grateful for Dr Werle , I had another ENT check my son that doctor did nothing but tell us that there was nothing he could do , Dr Werle on the other hand found the problem and has been such a big help in guiding us to the right specialist that will be treating my son . They were all so attentive and helpful.

Dr. Werle was the one who finally figured out our sons problem after 2 years of visiting the hospital and various other doctors. He always listened very patiently to our concerns. He then performed a rare surgery on our 2 year old son. His communication through the process was amazing. The surgery went very well and we were surprised to see him every day at the hospital for a week to check and see how our son was doing.

My daughter's medical condition is one that many "old school" docs brush off or don't even believe. ENTs play a vital role in part of the treatment for managing her condition. We've had docs balk at the idea but Dr. Werle was absolutely fantastic. He sat and listened, was honest about concerns yet open to the recommendations of her specialist and willing to do what he could to help. He was empathetic and professional. He's given her a chance to beat this disease and she's already doing better

I can honestly say I would NOT recommend Dr. Werle. We moved from Arizona and needed a Pediatric ENT, We were referred to him by our pediatrician. We had 2 visits with him. He seemed disinterested and did nothing for our daughter. He disregarded my concerns and her prior patient history. I feel he just wanted to keep up the 6 month appointments as an easy insurance money maker.

We have had 4 appointments for my son to meet with this doctor over the last 5 months. Every appointment the office cancelled. So 5 months after our initial scheduling, today was the day. Since this was the least convenient office, over an hour away, I wanted to call and confirm. Good thing I did since they cancelled the appointment but never bothered to call and tell us. They had both my cell phone and my husbands. He may be a great doctor, in high demand, but the staff is lacking.

We were referred to Dr. Werle to see about repairing a Brachial Cleft Fistula. He went into great detail how he would perform the procedure and what we can expect. When my son was healing from the surgery, the unexpected happened and Dr Werle set me at ease and scheduled a follow up procedure and took to time to insure my son would heal and clear the infection. He has a wonderful way with my son, and I feel good about our outcome. I will recommend him to friends who have children with ENT needs.

Absolutely a fantastic Doctor. Our son Timmy was 6 and had significant sleep apnea issues & repeated sinus infections monthly relating to enlarged Adenoids and Tonsils. He was the third ENT we had seen and we chose him because of his fantastic bedside manner with our son. He ordered CT scans quickly and we knew after 2 years of seeing an allergist that surgery would be inevitable. Dr. Werle performed the surgery flawlessly & is a true gem among pediatric ENT's. Thank you!!!!
