Dr. Velasco was very nice when I was a patient of his in 2014. I'm not sure what happened but no one answers the phone, they call you to make appointments and then cancel them for no reason. If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible service. Never again.

Wait time is ridiculous. What's the point of scheduling and appointment if you're not even called back to be seen until 45 mins past the scheduled time.

Dr. Velasco doesn't take the time to get to the bottom of the patients problem. Cannot understand his broken English and the whole office all they do is speak Spanish to each other! That is very rude to patients that don't speak Spanish!! You have to ask him to do this test or that test that shouldn't be when we are paying an expensive bill to see him. He should be able to diagnosis and recommend these tests!! Poor bedside manner!! Definitely won't be back to this doctor!!! All about the money!!

Not happy at all , not personable with his patients if you don't ask he doesn't tell you anything, he put me on diabetes & blood pressure medication & now he won't refill blood pressure, I ve had 2 appointments & still never seen a doctor. The1 they said I changed my doctor. The 2 they said I owed 200$ , so I called my ins provider & they said it wasn't payed because the doctor didn't respond to their request for questioner & notes on the visit. So hopefully I won't have a stroke, need new doc
