Dr. Andrew Bachinskas, MD

I am 6 weeks out from my 2nd surgery done by Doctor Bachinskas.I had a 12 hour lumbar surgery and Dr Bachinskas spent many hours pre op with me explaining the surgery and what to expect afterward.He was right on with everything.Doctor Bachinskas is a great surgeon,a really nice guy but he is also a healer.He is one of my favorite people and fun to be around.We are blessed to have him in the area.A WORLD CLASS PHYSICIAN.

I have Ankylosing Spondylitis and Degenerative Disk Disease, among other things, and have already had 4 spinal surgeries. This was my initial meeting with Dr. Bachinskas. I was able to get in quickly and he listened to what my concerns were, took X-rays and did some strength checks then put in orders for an MRI and PT. When he left the exam room, I heard him immediately began taking notes for my file. I feel confident that he will handle my case with care and competence.

We are beyond blessed to have Dr. Bachinskas as our doctor. His bedside manner is impeccable. My husband's surgery was a complete success. He explained every aspect of the surgery and healing process. The entire staff went above and beyond.

Referred to this doctor for my wife's multiple spinal concerns impacting her quality of life e.g. bowel dysfunction. We waited almost a month for a waste of time appointment. He was late and unprepared, as he admitted to not reading her chart. He heard her story, tested her reflexes, read her previous medical history, and dismissed us. He said he saw nothing of concern with her spine. He said the other spinal concern maybe impacting her GI, but it was outside his scope and need neuro. My wife expressed frustration with not being able to have a bowel movement for 5 weeks without laxatives and the doctor turned vicious and hateful. He said uncompassionately to her the source of all her problems is her eating disorder and offered no recommendations for help. He shrugged his shoulders at every question from my wife, mother-in-law, and I for assistance and said he doesn't know and left the room. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. How are people like this in the medical field?
