I have been a patient for about 4 years or longer now. Apparently there was a $50 balance that I was not aware of and they sent me to COLLECTIONS for $50!!! They claim they are in network with my insurance but don't know why I had a balance of $50. They never called me once to let me know there was a balance. So, now I understand why urgent care is taking all of doctors business. I am so disappointed in this office!! We are in a PANDEMIC and they are sending me to collections for $50!! Really???!!! Money hungry doctor office! Stay away!!

I would rate Dr. Blank a 5 Star and his nurse Annette 0 Stars! Dr. Blank is a wonderful Dr.! He is caring, knowledgeable and his personality is personable. Unfortunately, one of his nurses in the Willingboro office needs training, her name is Annette. Annette is always miserable, a simple hello when entering the exam room would go a long way! Annette acts as if you are bothering her if you ask her a question. Maybe she should tell patients what there Oxygen level is and their blood pressure if she doesn't like questions. I previously had Covid and was there for a follow up, she acted like she didn't want to take my BP or for me to speak. Annette's bedside manners made me uncomfortable and its a shame because the visit with Dr. Blank was great as usual. Not changing my Dr. because of Annette, but maybe she should work with files or something, because she is not a peoples person.

Dr Blank is the most sensitive, caring physician I have ever encountered. Always there for me, i trust him implicitly.. there is no other doctor for me. He treats each patient as an individual and his staff is equally as caring. I love all of them... when you are sick or have a problem, he takes excellent care of you.

Dr.Blank is a very caring person interested in my health. He took time to talk to me and explain what tests I needed. I am so glad he is my PCP. He is wonderful!
