Friendly and helpful staff, Dr. Boxer explained clearly how he they intend to help me with my health issues.It was a very good visit.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Boxer and Melanie! What a great experience for something that was very scary for me. Dr. Boxer has an excellent bedside manner! He is truly caring and helps ease your anxiety and worries. Melanie was amazing and so accommodating. She worked on her day off to help get me approval for my MRI. Outstanding and went above and beyond. Dr. Boxer knew I was very anxious about my results and was able to call me the same day with the report. I am so very grateful to have found Dr. Boxer an his staff! A+++++

Dr. Boxer was referred to me by my previous Gastroenterologist when he retired. My first visit with Dr. Boxer was through a telemedicine conference. He was friendly, asked a lot of questions, and came up with a plan for my issues. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable, and seemed genuinely concerned. He was responsive, and he reached out within twenty-four hours after my call. I would recommend Dr. Boxer to my family/friends because of his calming, and professional manner. He answered my questions and made me feel better.

Dr. Boxer is very friendly and love the way he explains every procedure, I had the pleasure to visit the Rutherford office the ladies there were very polite and pleasant.I really would recommend them to everyone.

He listens to his patients and gives them the time necessary to accurately diagnose your problem.

I went in for a scheduled colonoscopy and felt very comfortable. The staff was friendly, caring and attentive. Everything went along like clockwork. Dr. Boxer makes you fell very comfortable. He is attentive and is very willing to answer any questions you may have. This was my second colonoscopy with him, and I would not trust anyone else. He is my go to Doctor. I am recommending him to all my friends and family. He deeply cares about cancer prevention!

Went in for a scheduled colonoscopy. Everything went along on time and as planned. Dr. Boxer is the utmost professional and I would recommend him in a heartbeat. The only thing I would want to happen next time is a different type of prep for the exam. Something a little more tolerable!

He is willing to sit down and listen to your complaints or health problems, unlike other specialists always in a rush as if no time to listen to your health issues.. Highly Commendable !

I was very impressed with Dr Boxer's willingness to coordinate with my internist regarding my care and to reach out to my cardiologist when there was a question about the safety of a procedure. He knows "his stuff" and isn't afraid to consult with another doctor outside of his specialty. Wisdom is knowing what you don't know and willingness to learn!!

Dr. Boxer's office recently denied me service because I'm insured by NJ Family Care, despite accepting the insurance at the time. They tricked me by not telling me that I needed a second general practitioner referral for a follow-up visit with Dr. Boxer, and then scheduled me on the last possible day they accept NJ Family Care. When I showed up for my appointment they unexpectedly demanded this second referral, which was impossible to get in zero days. You shouldn't patronize Dr. Boxer's office.

Had to contact the office 2 months to get a medical answer from him after a procedure.

I'm 43 and this was my first time in a hospital....since birth. I had to get an IV inserted, anesthesia, and colonoscopy. I was VERY nervous. Dr. Boxer did an amazing job explaining every step before hand. He even was patient answering all my questions so I could understand. After the procedure (that I still cannot believe it happened) he spent as much time as I needed to understand the findings. Personally called me to apologize for mixup with insurance and went the extra step to see me asap
