Very pleasant staff. Tech Cathy was amazing and so was the Dr. Cha. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained all all I needed to know. But more than that, he was warm and caring. Wanted to be sure I had all the info I needed.

This was my husband's first visit to Dr. Cha in his Westield Office. Paperwork was provided thru the US Mail for completion pre-visit. Processing of these forms was efficient by Valerie - as well as copying pic ID & insurance info and collecting copay. After 15 minutes in waiting room, Kathy roomed my husband & I. We waited a brief time for Dr. Cha who was engagingly friendly and comprehensive during this non urgent office visit. Kathy did an unscheduled vascular ultrasound. Dr. Cha returned to review the testing results and we were completed with the visit in one hour. My husband & I are satisfied that we selected Dr. Cha for ongoing vasular care.

My Father has been under the care of Dr. Cha for close to a year now. Dr. Cha has done a marvelous job taking care of my Father. Dr. Cha has been great with explanations, answering all of my Mom’s and my questions and explaining the answers so that we can understand the information. Dr. Cha just embodies the Doctor that you want taking care of you. You feel very comfortable with Dr. Cha because of his skill set, that’s the obvious part. Along with that, Dr. Cha provides great customer service, something that a lot of healthcare professionals lack. I’d be remiss if I didn’t say this as well, we normally see Gabby before we see Dr. Cha and she has been fantastic. Gabby and Dr. Cha take great care of my Dad (NY Mets Fan) and I just wanted to say Thank You from The Jones Family. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
