Worst ever experience
I took my 5m old baby here for an ingrown toenail, Dr. Chapman did not explain the extent of the procedure just said ' they will cut the toenail' as nieeve as I was, expected them to cut my childs toenail, no- they proceeded to do a cut and removal of the toenail without any numbing or anesthesia on my baby, her cries were ear numbing! As I requested him to STOP 3x to DEAF ears he just proceeded with cutting and pulling, I pulled my baby out from his hands and to his surprise he said ' oh you were talking to me?' And stood up and walked out of the room and never returned. The nurse then said ' we do this everyday ' ??? They then told me to go home and pull the rest of the toenail off while my baby is sleeping!
