Dr. Andrew Guzman, MD

Great doctor front desk handled very poor, felt disrespected and had to change doctors due to the way they handle you at front desk. Would not recommend you use this location if you want your visits handled correctly.

I went to my appointment today and was told I couldn’t see the doctor because my labs were two years old. My labs were done oct 2022 and this is jan 2024. Last I knew two years would be oct 2024. The person at the desk verified my last visit was oct 2022 but insisted that my labs were two years old and that I didn’t comprehend what she was saying. Bottom line is that I left telling them I would be getting a new doctor. They better not try to bill me because I won’t pay.

They canceled my appointment without noticing me

Very rigid on everything. Went in for annual physical, Guzman refused to see me because blood work report had not been recieved... they could easily have phoned me later with results. Cancelled at least 2 appointments due to Guzman's schedule. There are plenty of choices, this one is not great.

Dr Guzman and assistants are wonderful,I feel very comfortable with them all. I have been going here for several years but lately (about the past year) I can barely maintain my manners when dealing with the office staff,they are nice but not very efficient at all,too many mistakes. I have discussed with my husband that we may need to find d another primary but I like our Dr so much I don't want to change.

Dr. Andrew Guzman happens to be one of the best physicians there is, not only that he's a great doctor but he's an amazing individual, he's kind well mannered and most of all he has the best bedside manner.. I'm so glad I have him as my primary physician.. God bless you Dr. Guzman ?? ??

Dr Guzman is amazing. Very kind, caring, and considerate. The front office staff leave much to be desired. I've been left on hold for far too long every time I call. Once my call is taken, I have to deal with a careless, apathetic person, who doesn't follow through with anything I ask. I dread calling the office because I know getting anything accomplished will be a long, slow struggle. In the office, I've gotten incorrect lab orders, and have to point out the mistakes to them. When an order was sent directly to the diagnostic center, I had to call to request it to be corrected and resent more than once. It's a testament to how much I like Dr Guzman that I have continued to endure all the hassle. He deserves better from his office staff.

Dr Guzman is amazing, he should give classes on bed side manner to other care givers. His nurses and office staff are also fantastic, professional and caring!!

Made an appointment as a followup to an ER visit. "First available" was a month later than advised. Received a phone call delaying the appointment for a month. Called to cancel the original appointment and was told I was not in their system and had no appointment. Received new patient paperwork in the mail with a new appointment date. My wife received an email confirming the original appointment today. Called the office; they cancelled the updated appointment. Asked to speak with the office manager. The person hung up on us. Very rude. Attempted to call back..no answer. My advice is to go somewhere else that cares about you and responds.

Went in as new patient the bitter receptionist would not deal with me and told me to reschedule. That I will not do just because she lazy and mad at the world. Have never encountered such rude behavior from a DOCTORS office and I was the ONLY patient there at the time

I really like Dr. Guzman and his staff. I’m happy to be a new patient.

Very professional and prompt. Dr. Guzman always seems genuinely concerned about my well-being.

Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Dr. Guzman was personable,spoke at correct patient level and took appropriate time with me. I highly recommend him and am happy to have found him.

Dr. Guzman has been my primary doctor for two years now. I have accomplished more with my health than with any other doctor I have had. Dr. Guzman and his staff are professional, kind, and efficient. I am able to contact the office easily any time I need information or to make an appointment. This streamlined medical service is a joy and greatly appreciated. I have been working with Dr Guzman on my cholesterol and diabetes. His philosophy is to try exercise and diet before prescribing medication. He is the best primary care physician I have had in my 76 years of life. I highly recommend Dr Guzman.

Dr. Guzeman Is a good listener and when you make an appointment with him. he is the one you will see, unlike other offices where are you never seem to get past a different intern.

Dr Guzman is a very good Dr, great listener and truly cares for his patients.
