Dr. Heffernan listened to my problem with my ear and immediately drained fluid from my ear and inserted a tube, after which all the pressure I had been suffering was gone and I could hear again.

Doctor Heffernan is a very knowledgeable and friendly doctor. I had a problem with my ear and he never gave up trying to fix the problem. Finally after the ear infection were gone and the ear tube he installed worked to drain the my ear I still had hearing loss in the left ear at that time after a full explanation of what the problem was he sent me to a ear only specialist which I am now awaiting an appointment to see him. I couldn't ask for more from a doctor than what I have consistently received for Dr. Heffernan.
