Dr. Andrew Heppe, MD

Dr. Heppe was very friendly and attentive. He made me feel at ease and was not rushed when discussed my ailments on my very 1st visit. I was more concerned keeping him to long delaying his other patient's appointments. Dr Heppe was Lazer focused to enter my health information and discuss treatment plans. Follow up appointments and other treatment appointments we're set up fast & easy. Doc did not delay posting lab results etc on MyChart. I read one of the other postings that Dr. Heppe was rude; no offense to that posting; but I highly doubt that occurred. Entire office and staff are very friendly and caring!

Had my first visit with Dr. Heppe in November. He was wonderful. Very caring and professional and also non-judgemental. He was patient with me (I am deaf) Highly recommend!

Dr. Heppe was the rudest, least empathetic health care professional I have ever met. I was scheduled to see him because my PCP was unavailable and I had broken two ribs just days before. This was Friday afternoon before New Year's weekend and he made it obvious that he did not want to be there. He laughed at me when I tried to explain that I am not the usual frail old woman because I do a routine of exercises every day and unless it's raining or icy, get out for walk every day. He asked nothing about my pain which was intense and I wonder if he would have even checked my lungs for signs of pneumonia if my daughter hadn't insisted. He shaped up somewhat by the end of the visit by scheduling a bone density test and blood work to check vitamin D levels.
