I looked up his rating ahead of my appointment time and saw he had 55 5 star reviews so I was like, let's see what this is all about. From the outset of my appointment, I knew right away why he is so popular. So kind, caring, attentive, not in a rush and covers the bases. I was going through a stressful situation and he covered the bases of stuff I should have mentioned but didn't because I was stressed out and he brought up all the right things and was really just a great doctor. I will absolutely return to this urgent care for any other urgent needs.

He was very friendly, professional and communicative.

My 5 year old granddaughter had an earache and was in terrible pain and crying. The nurse moved us from the waiting room into a private room within minutes and gave my granddaughter an icicle pop to soothe her pain and calm her down. This was very caring and comforting for my granddaughter. Dr Hong was very professional and diagnosed immediately after thorough examination. Despite going to the urgent care for a situation that was worrisome, stressful and anxious, the entire visit turned out to be a positive and enjoyable experience. Soon after taking the medication prescribed by Dr. Hong, our granddaughter is happy and singing right now!

Dr. Andrew J. Hong was absolutely a breath of fresh air! He was courteous, inquisitive, responsive, patient, gentle, caring, charismatic, tactful. We could tell he was born to be a doctor because he enjoyed doing his job! He left us feeling at ease and comfortable assuring us our condition was clearly mendable but without disregarding our concern for it. He is the Ritz Carlton of doctors because we felt like we were treated with the utmost care and respect. With me, he covered all his bases with my medications so that if one didn’t work, I’d have a back-up which was very forward thinking of him. And with my husband, he focused and concentrated so intently on placing the glue strips on his cut just right and in a perfect straight line. I wish I had a level to show you how perfectly aligned it was!! On our way home, we couldn’t stop talking about him and will seek him out to be our doctor. Thank you Dr. Hong! You’re the best. ??????

He’s has that calm and kind demeanor and takes time to explain things.

Emergency visit he sent me onto Saddleback emergency I was totally anemic my eyelids were very pale remove I was white and my blood pressure was extremely low I was at the emergency room two weeks before and asked for a blood test because I felt terrible I was with a different doctor and he said I would have to wait and go to my regular doctor at that time I was severely anemic and had fainting spells and could have really been injured i’ll because of a simple blood test I had no idea I was anemic and my blood pressure went so loe
