Dr. Andrew Katz, MD

Up until now we have had a good experience with Dr Katz and his team- however in the last month I have had some major health concerns and his team does not respond in a timely fashion-after finally getting the first medication in this treatment, they’ve dropped the ball and not taken care of what should happen next- although last week I spoke to someone who said paperwork has been filed -today I finally called my insurance carrier who says nothing had been sent to them at all- this is utterly ridiculous- I’m at their mercy trying to deal with these health issues-

Dr Katz is a wonderful physician and has an excellent bedside manner. He made me feel at ease before my procedure and explained the details thoroughly! I highly recommend Dr Katz!

Excellent experiences over 15 years and several colonoscopies

very disappointed, I was pretty much called a liar by him and his nurse regarding the amount of pain i was experiencing for weeks and weeks, after reaching out again and again i finally received an endoscopy, several ulcers were then found, maybe they should take patients at their word, i was not making multiple trips for the fun of it....

I received a referral to his office in December and then again in March. My doctor's office had to call them to finally get me an appointment which was almost a month out. Then two days before my scheduled appointment, he refuses to see me because I had an EGD (upper endoscopy) done at Parkview instead of Lutheran. I am now waiting for another appointment with a new provider, and have been in pain after eating for 4 months, because of some political opinion

Very rude, was made to feel unimportant. Was told he was no longer going to be able to handle my GI care, even though the scans proved active disease, because my mental disorders we too much to deal with. So basically was told I wasn't worth the trouble
