Dr. Korson was very cordial and easy to speak with. He listened to my concerns and gave a thorough evaluation following the procedure.

I have been waiting SIX WEEKS for this Dr to order a test he said he would order during my appointment. I have called the office over a dozen times as follow up. They do not have a voicemail for the doctor or his PA and they never answer the phone! I have left multiple messages with the main receptionist and they have told me they will take care of it “high priority” and I am still waiting. This is an utter lack of professionalism and shows so much disrespect for patients. Meanwhile, I have to live daily with the fear of a health issue for which I cannot get the proper test. I would not go to this doctor if you want attentive and respectful treatment.

I only met him for a few minutes before the procedure. He was professional and personable. Thanks for taking good care of me!

I had a Telehealth with Dr Korean beginning of Oct. By phone only, then at the end of the conversation he said he had to initiate the video link, he did, then hung up.Little odd but ok.He was ordering an ultrasound I asked to be sent to Sally Jobe. I was NEVER contacted.I contacted the office twice, every two weeksNO RESPONSE.It’s now over 5 weeks, I just called the office….they have no idea what happened.It doesn’t matter now anyway, I wouldn’t trust my health to this standard of care.Dr seemed nice enough…So disappointing

We both had electronic issues. but we worked through it and my phone had to be my source to accomplish the visit.
