Great doctor and office staff!
I went to several appointments throughout this year. Wait time to see Dr. Kortz was usually not over 15 to 20 minutes. The office is in a quite, nice, un-congested residental area. The office atmosphere is also nice and calm, too. My experiences with the staff has been friendly, courteous, and professional; making me feel comfortable, and they always were happy to answer any questions I had. Dr. Kortz is very through, personable, and has a gentle nature. I couldn't ask for better care. One of the best health care experiences I have ever had. I'm so glad I was referred to Dr. Kortz! I would definitely recommend Dr. Kortz to anyone for their eye care! I was 'in good hands', for sure!

As a new patient, I had a 1:00 pm appointment. I waited until 1:25. Since no one had contacted me, I reminded the clerk that I had a 1:00pm appointment. She said, "We are not ready for you yet." with no explanation. I had been waiting for him 25 minutes, but he says if a patient is 15 minutes late they must reschedule. I asked to be reimbursed for my time and travel.

Thank you for taking the time to talk to my (87 year old) mother about her condition. Your way of caring for your patients shows by the way you take the time to answer questions and explain your way of thinking and how to tackle a situation. Your nurse was so gentle with my mother and was able to calm her down prior to you seeing her. I look forward to you and your staff working with my mother during and after her surgery. Thank you so much! You are a blessing!
