Very unprofessional, I am a new patient with him, he never asked to get my existing medical records to review he knows nothing about me.. Im 91 years old.

Something is very wrong here
Unhelpful and avoidant staff that frequently close the phone line after lunch and fail to communicate with each other regarding medical matters, with no sense of urgency. Many of my pieces of information were lost and scheduled appointments were never scheduled, despite being communicated to me as such. In the time its taken to get an appointment, I have had multiple issues reoccur and go untreated.
