Everyone was very professional and friendly. Very clean place.

$800 later and no resolution to my pain. He spoke at a very high level and had flat bedside manner. He was more keen on prescribing medication than anything. His office staff was unprofessional and made me wait to check out while they ate cupcakes . They also billed me incorrectly twice and they kept transcribing the bill and then couldn't run my credit card at the front desk. I was told everything looks okay and I shouldn't be in pain, but after all these costs perhaps I should go to his partner who specializes in orthopedics. Unimpressed. I should have saved my money and just gone to a chiropractor.

I have no idea how good he is, didn't have a chance to find out, but I do know that when I had a question about my medication - he didn't reply to two emails and 3 phone calls to the office, during one month period. During the last phone call I cried out of pains, was promised he or somebody will call back with and answer and nobody did. Left him for another doctor who change my medication's dosage and I was fine after two days. Will not recommend him, this is not right - in my book.

Dr. Lozen has literally given me back my life. After more than 16 years of chronic back pain and countless epidural lumbar injections, OTC, narcotics, PT, Acupuncture and Chiropractic Care I’d all but given up that I’d be pain free. He was the first person to suggest a Foraminotomy and a week later I felt like I was back in high school playing tennis. I’m so grateful for his expertise, knowledge and care. He used that same knowledge and expertise to help get me back to everyday living, I’ll always be grateful.
