arrogant and incompetent 'Dr'
Dr Oh never listens to his patients. He is an arrogant incompetent person, who became a doctor for the wrong reasons (i.e. for money and prestige). Do not go to this doctor or the clinic he is in. The clinic personnel are all asians who use chinese 'medicine' instead of proven western medicine.

Prescribed known allergen
I was very clear with Dr. Oh that the treatments he suggested have never worked for me. He insisted I use antidepressants which I have a horrible history with. After my appointment I looked up the med he prescribed and realized it was one I was allergic to, which he had gone over my list of meds (3) that I can't take. This is absolutely negligence. If I'd taken the medication I could've ended up in the hospital.

He is seriously lacking in empathy - wouldn't even touch my skin without gloves on (no skin breakdown or problems btw...) and never made eye contact the entire visit. He seemed only interested in getting me scheduled for procedures. I expressed my concerns with his proposed medication - Effexor - which has horrific withdrawals by all accounts and in my experience. He seemed unaware of withdrawals symptoms from this drug.

He has no empathy whatsoever for his patients. If you’re looking for a compassionate dr., keep looking. Dr Oh will argue his point endlessly rather than listen to you try to tell him what you are actually experiencing. He has no business being in the field of pain management. His PA David told me, after six visits, what my mri and X-rays said, and he listened to what I had to say. David seemed shocked I was just hearing for the first time what the images said! Run or like me, hobble away.

Refused pain medications even though I am allergic to the alternative medications used. He performed a nerve block that was excruciating. I was in tears. He showed no compassion and actually left me in the exam room sobbing so he could get to his next patient.

Quite impersonal. Had serious issues after injection. Said he would order an MRI. Took 5 days to send order to MRI place. Paperwork from his office incomplete. MRI sent it back. I called 4 times to have them complete it. Didn't happen. My Dr. called 3 times before they complied. Took his office 3 weeks to provide a "clean" order. Had the MRI he ordered in June. Today is August 13th. He ordered MRI but NEVER followed up. Seems like an injection factory uninterested in patient care.

Both Dr Oh and his staff were incredible. It took a bit to get an appointment, but the wait was definitely worth it. My husband and I were both treated with respect and compassion. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone.
