My 76 year old dad needed back surgery and was in severe pain. We could not be more appreciative to Dr. Pham and his medical assistant, Leah, for all they did to get my dad back to his active life. They were compassionate, knowledgable, professional, patient, and never gave up getting my dad as healthy as possible. They checked in on my dad, always returned calls, and answered any questions. We are very grateful!

Dr. Pham is super friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to really explain my injury and gave me helpful solutions. What impressed me the most was how much time he was willing to take time out of his busy schedule to talk about the treatment and potential next steps. He also went over older injuries with me. Super cool guy, super smart, super great experience!

Dr. Pham successfully remedied a herniated disc that had caused me leg pain for over a decade. From initial consult through eventual surgery, he was consistently attentive, insightful, and caring -- he and his team seemed more invested in my outcome than other physicians and surgeons I had consulted with about the same problem in previous years. He ultimately removed a big chunk of disc without causing any unexpected side effects; the leg pain was relieved immediately and I'm well on my way to recovery. So here's one real person who couldn't recommend Dr. Pham more strongly!

One approaches a spinal issue with a lot of trepidation but I received the best possible care. I was diagnosed immediately and Dr Pham wanted me to give physio-therapy, then cortisone shots a fair chance before thinking of surgery. I did give both an honest try but none made me pain-free. Even with surgery being the only alternative, I was never really scared or apprehensive as I trust the Orthopaedic Center implicitly because of my previous experience here with other doctors. And Dr Pham was brilliant throughout, walking me through the process, responding to my emails and being there when needed. The surgery was immensely successful -- I was pain free immediately afterwards and had to remind myself from time to time (especially the first 6 weeks) to take it easy and not get carried away as I had by C6-C7 fused. Now 6 months later, I am back to exercising, yoga, running...doing all the things Dr Pham promised I would be doing. How great is that!

Worst surgeon I have ever encountered. He is a nervous wreck who can't answer questions. He avoids the topic when he doesn't know the answer and leaves you more frustrated about your pain.

I went into this Dr. Pham to be evaluated for a hip surgery that told by another doctor that I needed. When I went in, he told me "oh no, you don’t need surgery, you just have bursitis". After getting upset due to the amount of pain I was in, he stated "I see that you're upset, maybe some physical therapy will help you." I left and went to my PCP for physical therapy. After one appointment, I was told I had hip impingement and needed to see a specialist. Months later, here I am, having had hip impingement surgery and surgery to fix a severely torn labrum and an even bigger bill, I would never recommend Dr. Pham. What a horrible experience from a completely unprofessional and unexperienced doctor.

Speaking in the context of the trauma and anxiety caused by a bad fall and subsequent emergency surgery, my experience with Dr. Pham couldn't have been better. His caring, approachable and thoughtful manners helped me tremendously throughout my ordeal and recovery. Dr. Pham gave me all the time I needed to cover my questions every time we met. One day after surgery, he even came by the hospital to answer some questions I had, even though he was not scheduled to be there that day. Dr. Pham helped relieve my anxiety about my recovery. I am so grateful that he was my surgeon!

Dr Pham was patient and was responsive to all of my questions in the office, over email, by phone. He set realistic expectations for my surgery and recovery. The office staff are skilled, professional and kind.

Didnt spend time to explain anything. He rushed with saying we needed surgery for something minor. Good thing we went and got more consults done. Other doctors agreed Dr. Pham was just trying to get more money out of us.

I gave Dr. Pham the benefit of the doubt but he made my father's condition WORSE. We consulted with 3 doctors after Dr. Pham did surgery on my father and they CANNOT believe what we told them about Dr. Pham's opinions and treatment. They said he nickle and dimed us for something my father didnt even need! GO TO A REAL DOCTOR.

Each visit with Dr. Pham has been informative and reassuring. I believe he listens, understands and processes my concerns professionally. Dr. Pham's answers to my questions seem grounded in his education and experience, he inspires confidence in his decison making.

Dr. Pham explained my medical issue with ample, comprehensive detail, but phrased in a way that I could easily understand both my condition and the recommended treatment. He has an informal style that made me feel comfortable, while his clearly apparent expertise made me confident that I am in good hands. I'm very happy with my treatment here, and recommend Dr. Pham without any reservation.
