Don’t use him! Screaming at me on the pre-op table because BP was high! Queen’s surgery team told me to skip BP meds, also he was not dressed to work, and was wearing a filthy backpack on and walked out canceling my surgery for my knee. He did not stay for the retaking of my BP which came down! He ran out and is unprofessional!!

So much breakdown in communication and customer service after Queens buyout of this struggling orthopedic group.

It was to examine the progress of my right hip. I am doing well.

Dr. Richardson listened to my concerns and made adjustments to address them. He is patient and I feel confident in his knowledge and abilities.

This was my first visit to Dr. Richardson. He reviewed my previous visit with Dr. Chun, who had treated me for the same issue two years earlier (and which had unfortunately reoccurred), listened carefully to my symptoms, did a physical examination. told me what was the likely the cause of my pain. and referred me to a spinal specialist for additional evaluation. In the interim, he prescribed physical therapy, which had worked in the past to relieve the pain. I left knowing what was the source of my pain, and with a plan for treatment. Could not have asked for more.

Dr R is GREAT in explaining everything so that I understood what was wrong, and how he was going to fix it. Didn't feel rushed and felt very comfortable. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful.

He communicates & I trust him implicitly!!! I’m so fortunate for his care & knowledge!!

He took the time to explain the condition of my knee and gave me the pros and cons of all the options that were available.

I was apprehensive about my visit, but the staff, x-ray dept. we’re efficient. Doctor Richardson put me at ease, and explained everything to ease my worries.

Was in early to appointment, receptionist got me start right away and got paperwork and x-rays done before appointment time. Dr. Richardson counsol precise and was comprehensive and clear. Very professional. I will be looking forward to proceeding with this.

He makes me feel comfortable (to lessen my anxiety) before administering the prescribed injections. Dr Richardson is, by far, the best orthopedic doctor I have ever had; and I’ve had quite a number including those at Straub Clunic. Dr Richardson is a valuable asset to your medical group.
