Dr Steele is totally amazing. Very knowledgeable and very personable. He has been working with me for nearly 20 years…. First with symptoms of pain and cramping… referred to Dr. Yeung for endometriosis… then for bladder issues after children… put in a sling and now also using medications. Will continue to see him for solutions, but everything he has suggested has worked!

Dr Steele gave me an infection from a catheterization procedure superbug . Would not help me or treat me afterwards . Told me to seek other doctor . This doctor need to be in prison not just license removed . A horrible person . I amStill suffering probably the rest of my life from him . I almost died

I scheduled my appointment for July 1st in May to see Dr. Steele, so I had to wait almost two months before my appointment to see him for the first time. I called the office to make sure that I had everything ready and to confirm on June 14. I was notified during this call that my appointment had been canceled on June 9. I got a call notifying me the next day that my appointment had been canceled, even though I already knew due to my call the day before. I am moving to Massachusetts in August, and their earliest reschedule dates are in September. Absolutely ridiculous! Furthermore, when I made the appointment in the beginning, the office staff gave me incorrect information about the services this doctor provides, so I had to call again and speak to a different person to confirm what this doctor can do. And that conversation was like trying to pull teeth to get the information I needed. Terrible customer service. And incompetent, untrained people are running the front lines here.

Very happy with Dr Steele after several visits now for non urgent but bothersome chronic condition. He is very knowledgeable and professional while also personable. Explains everything very well and is very patient and good-natured. He lectures and teaches in academic medicine as well as does a lot of surgery, which I greatly respect. My only issue would be that the office staff sometimes seems inept at providing the doctors good support in scheduling, it can take too long.

Dr. Steele is a very caring and compassionate physician with a lot of specialized knowledge and skill. He studies the problem in detail and gives the patient options as to what the possible treatments are. I would highly recommend him.

My mother visited with a prolapsed bladder and uterus. After a consulting appointment, which took several weeks to make, the advice was for her to do kegel exercises! She is 72 years old and was far prolapsed to the point of having incontinence. Far past the point of kegel exercises helping. His advice was the worse I could have imagined. She has since developed a UTI, but has been seen by a urogynecologist who has scheduled surgery, thankfully. Wish he would have made the referral.
