Horrible service
just nowNewCrap service ultrasound girl was late had another appointment to go to front desk girl said you can come back at 2 or reschedule no charge I informed her I’m not sure when my other appointment would end she said no problem just call back and reschedule no charge then when I call she says I have to make it at 2pm or else there will be a cancellation fee and i couldn’t make another appointment after she said i could and wouldn’t be charged. I was upset told her if she didn’t fix the problem I will find another provider and she didn’t care so doctor Garcia you lost a patient to your front desk workers. I’ll find another primary doctor

Very rude receptionist named Ruth at the front desk. Left a nasty voicemail on my phone about a missed appointment that I had cancelled.

Breathe in… out.. Good Bye
Good system to quickly see patients in and out. After frequent consultations, lab tests and sudden extreme weight loss Dr Angel Garcia failed to diagnose my blood cancer, he never paid attention. After attempting to get test results from him one of his assistants just answered phone call and said “you have diabetes” in a cutting way. Anyways... PLEASE BE YOUR OWN DOCTOR as much as possible. I don’t have diabetes but I am fighting cancer. Dr Garcia could have at least helped me save my kidneys, now I’m on dialysis

Dr. Garcia would always give me the runaround. Whenever I had abnormal labs or concerns he would brush it off and say “let’s keep an eye on it” every time and would never look further into it. I felt like every time I would go it was always a “let’s wait till next appointment to see how labs come out” I never got answers with him.

Absolutely wonderful!
My experience with Dr Garcia and his staff is always so wonderful. I genuinely appreciate all they do. They’re so on top of everything, very welcoming, and you can tell Dr Garcia cares about his patients. If you’re looking for a doctor, I would highly recommend coming here.

Not happy with the service and run around I get with this place. I saw no difference after my treatments and what’s worse is the poor customer service, waste of $1600.00 and they could care less. Would not recommend this place at all!

Usually my visits are on time and staff is friendly enough. But the last time asked to leave a message for the doctor to call me. The girl absolutely refused to do so. When I asked her why she said because he was in “clinic”, so he was seeing patients. I said then he can call me after he’s finished and she refused again. If I am unable to speak directly to my doctor because of a rude front desk employee, then he isn’t working on my best behalf. Very frustrated and considering looking for another healthcare option.

Dr Garcia is a good doctor. He really cares about the patient. Nurses are good as well. However the staff at the front desk is not cordial nor professional. I received an email from Dr. Garcia's office asking why I was rating the front desk staff so low but never replied to my complaint. They didn't care. Looking for another good Doctor with friendly, professional staff.

Dr. Garcia is absolutely awesome. I first took my daughter with Dr. Garcia because her Primary Care Dr. couldn't take her immediately and Dr. Garcia was able to and liked the service he and his staff provided us with so much that I moved not only my daughter, but also my son with him.
