Worst experience I have ever had
Lab order screwed up. I had to go to 2 different labs for my blood work. I was told to pick up a prescription for an allegory test. I went to the pharmacy and was told I can only pick up the prescription 2-3 days before my allegory test. i have gone to labs twice and now the i will have to go to the pharmacy another time. I received an email confirming My appointment for allergy testing stating the appointment is on Zoom, How are they going to do skin testing via zoom.Every part of the process was screwed up. Dr Chang may or may not be a good doctor. However her office total disregard for the patients is the worst.

Dr. Chang was so patient and helpful when we went in for a skin allergy test for my son. I also have had to message her, and she responded quickly and answered my questions in a clear and concise way. So glad we went to her.

Does not consider patient wishes
I brought my son to see Dr. Chang today for an in-clinic feeding of a food he is allergic to. I noticed this doctor likes to frequently bring up "best practices" and "standards of care" to showcase her knowledge of the area. But she does not care at all about the patient experience. She asked me to bring homemade muffins for the feeding without considering the time, effort, and resources it would take take to make said muffin. When my son had a reaction, she insisted on giving him a certain medicine despite my concerns. Finally, she denied my request to take my child home, even though all the planned procedures were over. When I asked, she threatened to document me for denying my child medical care. I was extremely taken aback and upset. I have never had such an unkind, uncompassionate encounter with a doctor. I was terrified that this doctor would report me to CPS. I am never going back to Dr. Chang or any UCSF facility. I do not recommend her at all.
