Dr. Angela Faulkner, MD

She doesn't give you the run around with the whole 'everyone is different' like a lot of OBGYNs. She is very nice and she never makes it awkward when talking about this stuff (even thought I tend to be shy about it). She is very efficient but never rushes you. She works with what you want and doesn't push you to do anything you aren't comfortable with. She seems extremely knowledgeable and has always had an answer for me that I find acceptable. If at all possible, I will never stop going to see her.

I spent 8 hours in the ER where doctors found ovarian cysts. They suggested I have PCOS. I brought my ultrasound findings to Dr Faulkner and she refused to acknowledge them. She said my ovary looks like a PCOS ovary, but did not think I had it. She also said my weight gain (40 lbs in 5 months) was normal and not a PCOS symptom, which it is. Lastly, she said there is no treatment for PCOS. Even though morphine and Vicodin didn't ease my pain in the ER.. She suggested Midol. GIVE ME A BREAK.

Dr. Faulkner refused to listen to me concerning serious health concerns. It was very upsetting to have a doctor not listen to me and clearly not read my chart as she suggested I take a drug that could kill me.
