This was my first time going to Piedmont Express Care and my experience was great from start to finish. I brought in my sick 2 year old, who also had an ear infection, and Dr. Jenny was just wonderful with her!

I love Dr. Jenny! Anytime my family or I visit the Immediate care on Sutton Road, it is a wonderful and productive experience when Dr. Jenny is our doctor. She is knowledgeable, patient, and able to pinpoint our health issues very quickly. Her professionalism is witnessed in her ability to work with the nursing staff, who also are great people. Please clone her so there are more doctors like her. What a healthy and happy world this would be.

I would highly recommend Doctor Jenny to anyone needing a highly qualified, professional, caring doctor. She took time to explain my husband's treatment plan and what was necessary for his full recovery. She calmed and reassure my husband when he was anxious about his condition. She showed genuine concern for his improvement during each of his follow-up visits. I can only imagine the way this kind and caring doctor would be with children. I would completely trust her for the care of my family.
