I went to her for balding issues and I asked her about hormone testing and she told me doesn't test because 'she couldn't read the tests anyway'. I found out later on when I did get the testing from a different doctor that I had a 6 inch testosterone producing cyst on my ovary and that is what was causing the baldness. . The test was just a simple blood test that I could even read when the results came in. She should have at least considered that high testosterone was what could be causing the baldness and if she couldn't read the test refer me to someone who could. I went to her because my regular dermatologist recommended her for baldness. I had to have abdominal surgery to get rid of the cyst. When I called recently because I had a question about what I should do treatment wise in regards to all of this she refused to call me back and insisted I schedule an appointment. I don't see why I should have to pay for an appointment for one question.
