Dr. Ritz is a kind, compassionate and thorough doctor. I have never felt comfortable going to the doctor but she has made me feel extremely comfortable and I am really able to tell her anything the concerns me.

She appears to treat from a script fast to prescribe without looking into underlying issues. Her office bills you a yearly flat fee to renew prescriptions by phone, and to bill insurance carriers.

I would like to express how lucky I am to have Doctor Ritz as my primary care physician. Dr. Ritz took over my previous primary doctor's practice, and was highly recommended by her after a lengthy search for the right fit. From the first visit I felt comfortable and reassured by her thoroughness in dealing with my complaint, listening to every concern I presented, and with her recommendation for treatment. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Doctor Ritz to anyone looking for a great doctor's care.

Dr Ritz seemed to have a disconnect with patients. When blood work results came in, the response from Dr Ritz seemed to not take into account who the results were for, just a generic response based on numbers on a piece of paper. Not the individualized response that would have been appropriate. For someone with chronic conditions, a generic response is not appropriate.
