I think the world of Dr. Roberts. She listens and explains your questions and any results from the bloodwork. I totally trust her.

Dr Roberts has the best bedside manner of any Dr I’ve been to. She takes her time with you at your appointments. She goes over the results to your bloodwork and any issues or concerns you are having. She shows her concern and is very compassionate about not only your health but you as an individual. I would recommend her to any and everybody that I know!

I like Dr. Roberts and have no complaints with her care. I do find that since she moved to the Warren office things are much easier to get a message to the doctor and ask for refills.

I see 5 specialists in addition to Dr Roberts. I cannot praise her enough She is highly professional yet down to earth, explaining the results of any tests done or your conditions. Yes, you do reach Dr Rich’s office because they are in practice together. If I had to leave a message for Dr. Roberts I’ve always received a call back within 30 minutes. My husbands hates doctors but I made him go. I asked How did you like her. His response was I love her. As I said she is excellent.

Not very knowledgeable. Sent me home with. O meds, ended up at urgent care next day with double ear and sinus infection. And an hour wait to get in.

Inasmuch as some might find Dr. Roberts having a life outside her office an inconvenience, I've never once had even the slightest hint of a negative interaction with her, nor have I ever found her to be anything less than professional, candid, knowledgeable, and more than generous with her time. Experiences vary, but most docs I've had rarely took the time that Dr Roberts does, and she is by far the most empathetic, patient, and genuinely caring physician I've ever had the pleasure to meet.
