They REQUIRE you to share your data
I like Dr. M very much. Very personable. Most of the staff is good. Some are horrible. Now they require you to share your data with Baptist health and about 10 to 20 other institutions, or they terminate you as a patient. I've been with Dr. M for more than 5 years and was summarily dismissed because I wouldn't share my data with among others, Baptist health, a D minus rated institution that has had multiple data breaches. Office manager called and harassed me then told me I'm being fired as a patient. Great stuff, you can't make this up.

We had the worst experience with his staff. My brother was in pain due to a kidney stone, his insurance was active with United Health Care but the receptionist Judy made the mistake by inputting the wrong number from the card so it was declined. I called United and gave the phone to Judy. The representative told her the plan was active but Judy argued with the person on the phone. Given the pain my brother was in, I offered my credit card and told Judy I would work with the insurance and company afterwards if necessary. Although my brother was in a wheelchair due to pain, Judy felt NO compassion and refused to attend us. Should't human compassion be number one from a doctor's office? We had valid insurance, we had money as back up, we basically begged Judy but she said No. We had no choice to leave ... What is going on in the medical field that is losing the purpose to care, alleviate pain and cure the patient or is Judy an exception as a person that does not care for others?

when a physical condition suddenly turned for the worse. Dr. Manganiotis and his staff performed with kindness and efficiency. They scheduled surgery promptly, I was well informed of my different choices. When the doctor came to visit after the surgery? He told me everything and it helped me feel better and informed. In the follow-up visit I was happy to know that everything was clear and that I could move forward medicine free.. Kudos Dr. M, Ron, Francisco, Julie, Camille et al..

Three months ago I called Dr. Manganiotis’ office to schedule a new patient appointment because of a kidney stone in one of my kidneys, that resulted in a visit to the ER and subsequent hospital stay, in late March, 2020. The appointment was set for Friday, April 17, 2020. In the beginning of the week of April 12th, I called the office to ask about my appointment on Friday and I was told that at that point, they could not tell me if the appointment was confirmed or not, that is, after 3 months waiting for the appointment. I thought it was odd that they didn’t have the courtesy of calling me to let me know. On April 16th, since I had not heard from them, I called the office to try to re-schedule the appointment anyways, due to the covid-19 pandemic. An office staffer, Camille, answered my call and proceeded to ask me about the reason for the appointment. I explained that I had been diagnosed with a kidney stone and that I needed to have it removed. She then tells me, that my a

I called with an emergency situation as I was a patient of his partner who left the area. The staff refused me an appointment . I am now looking for a doctor and may have a Kidney Stone. The people in this office are disgraceful and should be cited.

I like Dr. Angelo as a medical professional. but His staff is rude and unprofessional was treated disrespectfully by his staff. I travel from Pompano Beach which it is 14 mills from my house, it takes 25 min. normally,I got stuck in traffic doe to the construction. As I got to the reception window, that receptionist yields out " YOU ARE LATE I AM GOING TO RE-SCHEDULE YOU" I look around and ther was only one couple siting there. I said " YOU GOING TO DO WHAT? I WANT TO SEE Dr.ANGELO " out of no ware the office manager comes out and sticks her finger in my face and told me to keep my voice down. I have been a loyal patient there for 8 years and that day they refused me medical care. and I always sat in the waiting room more then 30 min. before I sow the Dr. WHEN A PROFESSIONAL DR. REFUSES YOU TREATMENT is time to move on. There is good urologist near me.

I met with Dr. Manganiotis and immediately felt his genuine care and consideration for my well being. He was very reassuring about the surgical procedure I needed to have and related many examples of similar operations that he performed that had positive results. His down to earth approach with me was so different that two other urologists I met with that did not measure up to Dr. M's standards. I am very pleased with his overall medical methods and I highly recommend him.

I am satisfied with this physician as a medical professional but dissatisfied with his office practices and protocols. His staff is rude and unprofessional and do not follow standard insurance billing practices. I was treated disrespectfully by his staff and for that reason sought treatment from another urologist.
