Dr. Truong is an experienced and compassionate doctor whose knowledge and advice I trust completely, especially after the exceptional care I received. I recently underwent sinus surgery with him, and the results exceeded my expectations. The staff at Proliance Surgeons ENT are professional, kind, and always willing to help. The clinic and surgery center are clean and create a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely refer Dr. Truong to others with confidence.

He was very thorough and referred me to Dr. Lee a nose surgeon. The staff was wonderful.

Today I had a post-op follow-up visit with Dr. Truong for a deep nasal suctioning. My surgeon, Dr. Lee, is out on leave so I was assigned to see the provider covering for him. Dr. Truong was very professional, polite, & kind. He answered all my questions and gave suggestions on how to deal with some of the post-op symptoms I’m having. The nasal suctioning part itself was not the most comfortable procedure, being that it was so invasive and performed fully awake. However, Dr. Truong explained every aspect of the procedure and was very gentle. I would recommend him to my friends and family if they needed an ENT provider.

My left ear was blocking and he cleaned and I am feeling well now.

We were quite disappointed with the overall experience. Despite having an appointment, we were made to wait for over 40 minutes with no explanation or update. When we were finally seen, the doctor seemed disinterested and lacked any empathy towards the issue at hand. The entire consultation felt rushed, and it was clear he wasn’t fully engaged or concerned about the patient’s condition, which has been a persistent irritant for some time. We were hoping for a more attentive, compassionate experience but unfortunately left feeling unheard and unsatisfied with the care provided. I would not recommend this physician based on this visit.

Friendly demeanor. Was very polite during the exam, and more than willing to answer any questions I had.

Over all it was good. He was ready when he walked into the room and had my records in hand to go over the test results. His exam was good even cleaned my ear wax for me and told me to avoid using QTips. :) He answered all my questions and clarified some of the charts for me that I didn’t understand. Over all a good experience.

Dr. Truong took time to explain my issue and options I have. He went over pro and cons, that helped me understand the issue and make a decision easily.

Had my first ENT consultation with Dr. Truong today, and left the clinic emotional, happy tears of relief in my eyes from being able to breathe better than I can ever remember. Dr. Truong was incredibly professional, took all my concerns into mind, and worked efficiently to address all my questions, complete the relevant physical examinations, and writ ups recommendation of my prescription, future medical and surgical treatment plan, and referrals. He addressed concerns in a clear and professional manner, and provided simple and detailed explanations. I have been having breathing challenges for years, and after Dr. Truong administered a simple treatment and shared the prescription to follow I’ve been spending my day breathing better than I can ever remember. I’m feeling really optimistic coming out of the office. This felt like a safe and trusted environment, and I look forward to my improved health as I continue to proceed with my treatment plan. Dr. Truong was very kind enough to talk to me. Also, the instructions are accurate, and I have been able to maintain a good state of health.

Dr. Truong explained what was going on with my daughter so knowledgeably but also in a way that was understandable to us. He spent time explaining what they know and don’t know about it. Also provided several options and left us feeling like we had options. Great experience and will recommend.
