It was a very good experience.

Dr. Gupta was amazing. He is very knowledgeable and discussed in depth her issue and treatment options. He was very thorough and answered all questions. The entire staff from the receptionist to the X-ray technician to his PA and the check out person were all amazing. Best experience and I highly recommend his office!

The care dr guptas office provides pre op and post op have been fantastic. Every nurse, medical assistant, secretary and rad tech that work at this facility have been outstanding. Dr Gupta and his advanced practice providers are great. Highly recommend the facility and their team.

I had high hopes about meeting with Dr. Gupta for my knee pain given his training, credentials and background. And when we met in the office he was patient, thorough, thoughtful and clear. We were going to watch and wait for the results of an MRI. Well the results came but then no follow up call, no follow up care, just nothing. It's almost Halloween so i guess ghosting is the best way to seasonally describe what has happened. I made 2 calls to his office since my meeting with him and since the results of my MRI were posted. However, I have no additional information on a care plan, an idea for therapy or an approach we can try moving forward. Needless to say I will have to take my limping knee to another provider - hopefully I can find someone who doesn't ghost this time around.

I felt like a number that the Dr. needed to get past so he could get to the next number. Felt like it was all about how many insurances could be billed in a day. He didn't bother taking an x-ray, diagnosed it as arthritis in my hip, ordered a shot in the hip that took another 6 weeks to get (and didn't help). A 2nd opinion (with an x-ray) says the hip needs replaced. Guess I'll go for a 3rd opinion to see if that one agrees with one or the other... I never went back and was never called by his office for a follow up.

I had a hip scope done. Gupta was very nice and thorough. His xr department is very very nice and fast. His nurse on the other hand, he definitely deserves a better one. She seems unhappy, bitter, and scatter brained. She got my name wrong twice and had no idea what she was doing.

Dr. Gupta performed UCL repair on my son's pitching elbow his senior year in high school. One year later he is pitching in college and 100%. He was always available to answer questions and very compassionate.

Dr. Gupta repaired a ruptured Long Head Biceps Tendon in my 17 year old daughter's pitching arm. She is 8 months post surgery and pretty much back to pre-injury status! We are forever grateful for his compassion and explanation of what happened and what was going to happen to repair it. He continues to be in contact with us making sure that all is going well with her as she is now pitching again! We highly recommend Dr. Gupta for your Orthopedic concerns!

Dr Gupta is a compassionate, intelligent, and excellent orthopaedic surgeon. He fixed both my shoulder and my daughter’s knee and we are back to being active again! Toledo is very fortunate to have this caliber of a surgeon. He and his staff are great.

Worst doctor ever

Dr. Gupta has performed two surgeries on me. The first was my shoulder and the second was my knee. He is a very professional and informative surgeon. He explains options, conditions, and rehab better than most doctors and is exceptional at his job. He is my go to surgeon for the foreseeable future.

Dr. Gupta was present for my ACL injury, surgery, and recovery. Dr. Gupta did an on field examination the second after I tore my ACL. From that point on, Dr. Gupta was hands on doing everything in his power to make things easier for me. Dr. Gupta was able to schedule my MRI for the next morning and the subsequent surgery for the week after. The surgery went without a hitch. Not only was I back to full strength in 6 months with only a small scar, but the entire time Gupta was in constant contact.

I have typed this review 3 times trying to fit all of the good things that I have to say about Dr. Gupta into 500 characters. He is truly a blessing to the Toledo area. His knowledge and care for his patients are second to none. Following a failed surgery by another surgeon for a massive rotator cuff tear, Dr. Gupta performed the procedure that gave me back function of my right arm. I am able to do the things I never thought I would do again. My outcome has far exceeded my expectations.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr Gupta and his staff really cares about his patients always made sure we understood everything after every visit. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic Dr that actually cared for me as a patient and wants me to get back to playing hockey.

Dr. Gupta provides an exceptional experience for his patients from start to finish. Beyond his expert technical skill, Dr Gupta is amazing with personal communication skills and empathy. I've been in the medical field for 10 years and I have worked closely with most orthopedic surgeons in the area. If you're looking for the "best of all worlds," you've found it with Dr. Gupta.

Dr Gupta was professional and extremely methodical with his assessment, diagnosis, plan of care, and was intentional to insure that I understood his perspective. He welcomed all questions. He even emailed me articles to better understand my injury. I appreciated that he consulted with other colleagues to develop the best plan to treat my condition. My hip surgery was completely done laparoscopically.....amazing healing and recovery time. Toledo is fortunate to have this ortho specialist!

Amazing experience. Highly skilled. I had previous knee surgery by another physician that did not go well. I saw Dr. Gupta as a second opinion. He spent time with me, explained the reasons for my poor outcome, explained his plan, and performed revision surgery on me and fixed me! I highly recommend him.
