Uncaring
My sister was his patient. Chest pain for weeks. Her primary gave her nitro, not Dr Kumar. She went to the emergency room. Dr Kumar sent her home when she could have had a heartcath there. The next morning at his office she had a heart cath and was sent to the emergency room with over 90% blockage. She had bypass surgery there.

Great Care and Skill
Dr. Kumar has been my cardiologist for many years. In office visits, he takes the time to answer all my questions and give practical self-help instructions. His medical care has been first rate. He has done most my procedures himself though he has another doctor do it if appropriate. I have been very happy with Dr. Kumar's care. (A complaint about the practice: They have stopped taking patients' after-hours calls and expect us to always go to the emergency room.)

The office places no value at all on your time. Plan to spend lots of time waiting. The offices are grungy. Dr. Kumar doesn't want to listen to you at all. He entered the room 30 minutes late and knew exactly what he wanted to say and didn't have any interest in what I had to say. I think this never ending medical care kind of place. It made be feel like I joined a record club and was never going to get free. I get the feeling is that step one is as much medical testing as you are willing to put up with. Should Dr. Kumar read this.... wash your white coat. In, fact, wash it twice... with bleach...

Dr. Kumar has a curt and dismissive attitude and constantly interrupts me when I'm attempting to ask questions or explain something. He is far too controlling with dialogue.
