Back Pain
Best experience ever. Both the process, and folks involved were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The Dr. and Fellow Dr. involved took the utmost care ..both timewise and 'aimwise' to insure the best result possible. I was virtually pain free within 48 hours.

I developed excruciating back pain during the onset of COVID-19 and because everything was closed I suffered for weeks until my PCP prescribed some pain meds. I was referred to pain management and Dr. Pisharoty. I had to wait until the pain clinic opened again after COVID and was seen promptly and scheduled quickly for an epidural. My epidural was very helpful and have seen Dr. Pisharoty for a follow up. I have been very pleased with my treatment under the care of Dr. Pisharoty. Dione H.

I had an appt June, 22, 2020. I have to say I thought Dr. Pisharty was very attentive and friendly. He listened to what I had to say...did not rush me at all. His assistant was equally attentive and friendly. After exam, with the assistant, Dr Pisharty came back and told me how he could help me with managing my pain. Before leaving the room, he asked if I had any questions. It almost seems like I had a different Dr. then the other two reviewers. Dee

My 88 year old father went to see this doctor for hip pain. He was the coldest, rudest doctor I have seen in my lifetime. He spoke fast, barely listened to what we had to say. My father is hard of hearing and I asked him to slow down and speak louder so my dad could hear. He did not. He prescribed pills which did help a little and when I went back and told him, you are lucky it helped that much. He was more interested in getting us out of the office. He did nothing for my dad and in fact made our situation worse rather than better. He was rude, worthless and condescending.

I went with my mother for a visit to this doctor. He has seen her before. She's been in mild pain in her neck for a while and over the last couple of days, the pain has become intense where she can barely move. He diagnosed her with acute neck pain (duh) and recommended a bunch of first line therapies. I told him that I didn't think first line therapy was the way to go. She's tried them before to no avail. I asked for a nerve conduction study and an X-ray. I said I suspected a degenerating/cervical stenosis might be at work. He was instantly threatened and pointed out that I'm not a doctor. He also told me that neither an x-ray nor nerve conduction study were treatments (duh). I argued something along those lines could reveal a cause he could not from just touching her neck. He then told me about his decades of medical practice. When patients get more from a Wikipedia entry than they get from their doctors, they can be sure they're dealing with an incompetent.
