Very happy. Examined me and asked questions regarding my health. Explained everything in details and answered my all queries. He was not in hurry to examine me though he had busy schedule. That itself speaks high of him. GOD BLESS HIM.

I hate the phone answering system. A call service takes your information, can never give answers on when the doctor will call back or the office hours? Very impersonal. This doctor is always going on vacation, and it is always when I am urgently needing results or medical attention. So maddening. And my symptoms have yet to be resolved!

I have been a patient of Dr. Rauf since 2012. He’s very thorough in ordering all necessary tests. He explains in clear detail all test results and listens carefully to my concerns. I’ve even referred my husband to Dr. Rauf, and he is also completely happy with the treatment of his medical issue.

It was a telehealth visit where Dr Rauf called me at the prescribed time. He greeted me with a very friendly hello. I’m leery of phone call visits but Dr Rauf reviewed my blood test results and asked the right questions about my issue. He stayed on the phone until he was satisfied that I’m doing ok. The entire time I felt like he was treating me like a family member. If you have renal issues he’s the right doctor to see.

I had a telephone visit with dr rauf and as always he was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained things well.
