Perfect!
Doctor Nusbaum is absolutely top-notch. Very professional, superb bedside manner, carefully listened to everything I presented. She attentively reviewed all of the documents I presented.I totally disagree with all of the previous negative rating. Dr. Nusbaum is clearly at the top of the list of all of the Doctors I have seen in my 76 years.Thank you so very much!!!

Medical opinion va claim
Horrible review on medical records as well as personal interpretation of events that occurred during my years of service. Never spoke to this provider or answered any questions for her but she provided her insight to my military history. She was apart of va claim upon leaving military service.

TERRIBLE
This Dr, lied about everything on my claim. The VSO told me she is the worst one and he knows her threatening words that she puts in her reports. Meaning, if you appeal, you will also lose what you already have.

Biased from the Start
This “Doctor” gave a good enough first impression. She made a point to read me a previous exam that was not favorable- from there, her mind was made up. When I tried to elaborate on my symptoms, she suggested I work it out in therapy. How are you supposed to examine my mental health without discussing my symptoms?! Not impressed, not pleased. Furthermore, what we did discuss, she did not adequately annotate when I did get to see her final report.

This is a TERRIBLE "Doctor." She turned aggressive almost immediately after we began when I gave a negative opinion about a voc rehab counselor. She literally told me to my face that she knew of counselors that lie on applications. A federal employee admitting to knowledge of fraud, waste, and abuse?! My mind was blown and I reported it. I can't believe she's still there! The rest of the appointment was an interrogation. She was blatantly sarcastic both in verbal and body language to my responses. She made it all a joke. I have been in therapy since 2014 for service-connected conditions and seeing doctors 2-3 times a month. Of all the Doctors I've seen, she is the ONLY one that said I'm feigning symptoms! I wonder why that could be? She didn't like my opinion and she made it personal. Apparently, your records don't matter either. DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON! If she's assigned, demand a different evaluator. She has an agenda that does not involve TRUTH. Her license should be revoked.

Useless so called doctor that does not care about veterans. Stay away!!!! The VA scheduled a CnP exam with her. She interrogated me and is trying to lower my rating. This human does not belong in the medical field.

She spent 20 minutes talking to me by phone for a C&P since she couldn't figure out her video conference call......then deemed me improved and discontinued my IU and knocked me down from 70% to 30%. She knew I just had ACDF surgery on 1 Dec, during COVID and with Christmas/New Years holidays......I'm supposed to find meaningful work and make medical appts to show evidence that I have not improved. They're taking more than half the money I live on 60 days from notification. A 20 min phone call!!!!!!

I have read all the other bad reports on Dr. Nusbaum. I was interviewed by Dr. Nusbaum at the VA for PTSD. She was kind, respectful and professional. She asked many questions and patiently listened. I would overall give her a 5 out of 5.

Works for VA as a Compensation and Pension examiner for mental health. Listens worse than me, added to and left out information I said or didn’t say. Said I didn’t appear to be manic or depressed and wouldn’t consider any information I brought to her. Her mind was set already on what she was going to write. Told my wife the two new cars I went out and bought within 48 hrs could have been returned within 24 hrs. Not sure that’s her job. Appears to have ignored my civilian medical records by my prior psychologist Dr. Cooper. Didn’t cover the new areas that the Board of Veteran Appeals granted me with PTSD being one of them, Explosive Personality Disorder, Adult adjustment reaction etc.

Worst Doctor ever. She was disrespectful and compared me to a kindergarten student because I did not do well on a memory exam. She currently is in the business of trying to take away health benefits entitled from the VA. Do not use her. She is lucky that I didn't put my hands on her for disrespecting me during the visit. Very very rude!
