My family have been patients of Dr. Choudhary for the last 15 years. She is a very good doctor and also professional and courteous. The front desk is also professional and helpful. The doctor has made the move to paperless medical records & e-prescriptions. You can view your medical history, test results online in a secure web portal. E-prescriptions are very convenient as your medicines are ready for pickup when your reach the pharmacy. That makes it very helpful for busy individuals like me.

The lady at the desk asked me for the insurance card. She got signed all the forms and then asked me to pay ninety-nine odd dollars upfront even though I had the insurance. Upon questioning this weird practice, the doctor also came there and stated that since I have a deductible insurance (from blue cross blue shield), they have to bill the insurance after which they get a contracted rate, that they bill to the patient. To avoid this hassle, she asked me to pay. This is not correct practice
