Noooope
She doesn't care about patients, only paychecks. Orders unnecessary procedures. I went to her after my precious GI retired and the other GI docs were very much completely booked for months. I needed a refill on some meds, so I asked my PCP for a referralto another GI specialist. And this is what I got. Without checking my records, she ordered a colonoscopy and EGD. I had both done almost a year prior to the visit, and my insurance refused to pay. She refused to prescribe anything. All I needed was an antispasmodic for abdominal spasms triggered by my IBS. Her staff refuses to send medical records to my new GI doctor unless I pay a ridiculous fee.

Caring listeners
Just like any other place, this organization has it's little wrenches. The providers are all caring in their own ways. I love that I can tell the doctor what is going on without being spoken over. I was allowed to ask questions which were all answered to my satisfaction!!

The nurse practitioner in this office is very good and professional. Everyone elseveryone else is not I cannot believe what I have been through with this office i promise you I will never be going there again, I will never refer anybody there! The receptionist is even horrible!!!! I don't know how or why they think they can treat patients so rudely and dismiss issues that you are having. It's Friday they want me to come next Wednesday what?? If I am in serious pain I can't wait. She informed me she will be notating my chart that I refused her appointment. Um NO I can't wait!! She then proceeds to quickly tell me she needs to get off that the other line was ringing and she says it's someone else that really wants an appointment then hangs up on me!!

Never go here!!!! A nightmare, I had 2 separate procedures scheduled and both were cancelled on the day of the procedure (after all the prep was completed) d/t lack of Doctors. Very disorganized and unprofessional. Place was run down and dirty. No call backs. I am a recently RN, Director of clinical services for 9 Health Care facilities in Ohio and 2 in Florida, and I am appalled by this Iiam only giving the one star because no stars isn’t an option. I have one word of advice…..RUN

Very unprofessional office LONG wait time Rude I followed all the prep rules for colonoscopy ... threw up all the liquids 30 mins after drinking them. They were upset I did not prepare “correctly” & I had to sign a waiver to accept whatever results I got because they may not be correct (because I became sick). I had a mid morning appt.. they called at 7:30 & asked if I could come in then because they had cancellations. I came in and they did not start the colonoscopy until noon! I asked why & the nurse(?) said they had been very busy that morning!

The doctor refused to respect a patient’s right to have a caretaker present, despite brain fog being the expressed concern. I think this practice and Dr. Samadder in particular (who refused to even speak with me concerning my mother while she was there requesting it) need to be investigated for not respecting patient rights and this not serving patients with memory problems fairly. They also won’t share test results over the phone, so they require another appointment—just a scam to take more money.

1 hour wait in the front office before getting called back to a room then 30 minutes more before seeing dr. Dr required several tests before anything else. Tests I already had done.

Went to get an endoscopy done and waited 5 hours just to see Dr. Samadder. Her staff put the IV in wrong and it blew my vein when they tried to administer the medicine. Dr. Samadder got mad at me that it didn't work and tried to shove the camera down my throat fully awake. I said no and she said you had your medicine and I don't have time for this. You need to find another doctor. I started crying and asked why any of this was my fault and she kicked me out. She only cares about money. I was not a patient just dollar signs. Now my arm burns so bad and I'm in bed crying. I told her I have anxiety and panic disorder. She didn't care.

If you want to waste time and endure unnecessary testing, this is the place for you. Otherwise, DO NOT go here. You're much better off waiting for one of the other GI docs in town. Staff are overwhelmed. Wait is ridiculously long. Front-of-office procedures are inconvenient and tech is in the dark ages. The doctor herself didn't even bother to review my medication list first and prescribed a colonoscopy right off the bat. Turns out another doc found later one of my meds was causing my problem.

In the last 3.5 months I have been through a barrage of invasive and life-altering tests, that are somehow always inconclusive. The first time I was there my doctor had to Google my diagnosis because she had never heard of it before, she promised to study it and learn more about it to help me, but that is the 1st in a long line of broken promises. They even prescribed a medication known to exasterbate my condition and then never caught or admitted to it. The doc/staff to be honest or trustworthy

If I could give a negative rating I would. I have only seen the actual doctor during procedure appointments, never for office visits as I requested. The office staff is rude and unprofessional; the waiting area is typically to capacity due to the doctor or staff overbooking appointments. I have found that they've billed insurance procedures multiple times. I believe this doctor and her staff only see $$$ signs and have no real interest in the treatment and care of patients. I could go on....

Dr. Samadder herself isn't the issue as much as the practice. They take on no many patients and schedule appointments 15 min apart even though the doctor can't possibly see you that fast. So you sit around and wait for almost an hour EVERY TIME in a crammed waiting room with not enough seating as there are patients. I've been in pain for a year now and done 2 of their surgies and even had my appendix removed and thousands of dollars out of pocket later I'm still in pain. Unprofessional.
