Terrible Follow Through
Dr Patel was very indecisiveness regarding additional diagnostic testing & action plan after my blood tests indicated a problem. She almost appeared to be unsure of how to proceed. While the staff is friendly, they certainly are not responsive when it was necessary forward test results to a specialist that I needed to see ASAP. As a result of my symptoms escalating and no direction from her/staff, I was admitted to the hospital for testing and was able to quickly receive a diagnosis, time was of the essence to begin treatment. Additionally, the office was advised that I was admitted and after three days I did not receive any correspondence from them regarding my condition/hospitalization/diagnosis.

Excellent! Dr. Patel was my primary for many years until we moved away. I miss her dearly. Absolutely the best doctor I ever went to in my 60 years. She is extremely knowledgeable, pragmatic, and a great listener. She always took whatever time needed to treat and explain my situation. Regardless of the illness, her treatment plan was always spot on. I recommend her highly!

I seen Dr. Patel today. I noticed some patients complain they have to wait to long to get in. I myself waited a bit today. But when I seen her this morning she spent over a half an hour with me. I don't have prescription insurance and struggle with COPD! Not fun, the average price for 1 inhaler is around $400. She was nice enough to look around and found some samples she gave me. I think she is the most intelligent, compassionate and caring. She is worth the wait. Thank you Dr. Patel.

She's wonderful but that office cannot stick to a schedule. In the 6 years I have been going there, I have never gotten seen on time. I like her so i try to make early day appointments but even at 9 am it's a 15-45min wait. Even the PA's run late every day. An hour wait is common .
