Dr. Song was great! She was personable. She had reviewed everything about my history and explained everything about my situation in very clear and concise detail. Before she even came in the room she had already come up with a complete plan of care and involved me in that plan. She gave me clear explanations of what we would do now and what we would do in the future to manage my situation. I can’t speak to other people’s experiences but mine was certainly very positive. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Anly Song needs to learn about compassion, empathy and patience when dealing with worried and concerned family members of hospitalized patients at Kaiser WC. She was very rude, and became unnecessarily defensive when I asked a very simple question about a procedure that she felt my father should undergo. I lost confidence in my dad's care at Kaiser because of her. She needs to go back to school to learn the art of communication, dealing with patients, and family members and bedside manner.

Poor care, inaccurate information, lies to patients telling them they will get cancer from a CT scan to discourage them from seeking same for serious heart problems - likely as a cost-saving measure for her masters at Kaiser Permanente and to maintain her bonus cash payout for discouraging treatment. Claimed ascending aortic aneurysm shrunk on it's own and was 'cured'. Avoid this doctor. Lied to patient about seriousness of ascending aortic aneurysm.
