Wonderful. Personable. Reassuring.
Since leaving LA and the LGBTQ Center, it had been awhile since I’ve had a serious look into my HIV care. I mean, the doctors in my area would see me, but hardly touch on that part of my care, except to extend the already prescribed meds. So, when I was referred to Dr Bollay, I wasn’t expecting the treatment I received. She was just fantastic! Asked questions, responded to questions, showed genuine care, and offered solutions. I was so glad I went to her.

This doctor is excellent, kind and wholesome

Dr Bollay is excellent, she was kind and actively listened to my medical health issues and expectations, she addressed all of my questions and created a plan of care and prevention care that was easy to understand and follow up, she is very proactive because she suggested new implementations to further improve my health.Dr Bollay is definitely a great doctor.

Doesn't follow through with her own recommendation. Does not show any signs of caring for patients. When asked about my labs, I was told that they were not important and never provided them to me.
