Been with her for years
Dr. Kelly has been a constant reliable source in all my health affairs. I have never felt rushed when I speak to her and always feel very informed on the latest information on whatever topic I’m bringing up. I have referred her to many and appreciate that she is staying apprised of the latest developments in the medical world. Someone would be hard pressed to find a Doctor these days who is so readily available in many ways.

Overall Care
I have been with Dr. Kelly for approximately 3 years. The first year I felt like she had time to discuss my issues and her staff answered the phone and were responsive. Now (2023-2024) you will never get a person to answer the phone and they will call you back when you leave a msg. They will NOT refill a prescription if you need to schedule a yearly, even when you tell them you are going on vacation and will schedule when you come home, or ask to give you a 30-day supply of a medication you have been taking most of your life (cholesterol). I am leaving her and moving to someone who I feel will attend to me much better. They don't care whether you get your medication, only that you make an appointment at that year mark.

Over billed, and no return calls
Dr Kelly showed zero passion on my first visit. Scheduled a telehealth visit for Covid and was billed $290 for a 5-minute call. Left many messages about the bill and never got a phone call returned. They quickly sent the bill for colllections. I paid the bill but won’t be going back. Just know this is a multi-location large practice with one thing in mind-$$$$$

She was okay not personable at all
I had higher expectations based off the reviews, but Dr. Kelly was definitely not personable with me I honestly just felt like another patient. Not sure if it’s because of the color of my skin but she barley smiled, she was very short with her responses, and overall the vibes were weird and just off even with the nurse. The only person who was personable and friendly and didn’t give off weird vibes was the receptionist. She didn’t even tell me bye or anything like she did the previous patient that I heard her talking to. The way she talked to her vs me was like two totally different Dr. Kelly’s. I will be back to give her a second chance but if it’s the same I definitely won’t be back! I drove an hour which makes me upset.
