I regret to say that my recent experience with Dr. MacQuarrie and her team was highly disappointing. This was the second time my appointment was canceled just one day before the scheduled time, causing significant disruption to my work schedule.When I called to reschedule, I was met with an incredibly rude response from the nurse who answered the phone. She was impatient and unhelpful as I tried to find a specific day that would work for me, given that it was not my fault the original appointment was canceled. Instead of assisting me, she became increasingly frustrated and ended the call abruptly, hanging up the phone loudly.The lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed by the nurse, combined with the repeated last-minute cancellations, has left me deeply dissatisfied.
