Bad Practice and communication.
What stood out most was after doctor left we waited in room with no directions. Went to check out and was told they will schedule everything and call. No they were supposed to give us an order but never did. Terrible office staff and communication. And I work in a doctor’s office so heed my warning.

I am following Dr Hugh from her previous office. Dr. Hugh is very smart, considerate, gentle and kind. I have been seeing her for about two years now. We are staying ahead of a potential problem, and she has been comletely honest and thorough with me. She explains things to me in a way I can understand. She takes time to answer my questions and never discounts my concerns. Hagerstown is very lucky to have Dr. Hugh as a local provider.
