Sitting in the waiting room, I began to read the reviews of Dr. Miller and had to ask myself what 7had I gotten into? Well, I have no idea who the negative posters saw, but Dr. Miller was a pure joy, very knowledgeable and thorough. I trust her wholeheartedly to continue to help my neuropathy struggles .

Knowledgeable and empathetic
She takes her time at appointments and listens well to my concerns. When medications are not working, she will provide a script for a blood test, and make changes to adapt to what she finds. Also, she is on top of her telemedicine. If you have a question or need support any time of day, she is there to answer questions or support you with whatever you need.

Unsatisfied Patient
This is how my appointment went with Dr Ann Miller -Thorough evaluation/diagnosis' given -No eye with me/poor bedside manners -Had a medical student in with her (didn't ask me if I minded) -She spoke/paid more attention to the medical student then to me -No plan was set up except PT (been there/done that multiple times..no relief) Dismissed my statement when told that. -Blood work was ordered/completed -Referral for EMG was written on Visit summary but no script was given to me (no recommendations were given as to where to have it done...dismissed my question when asked) -When I asked if she read my past medical records which I dropped off prior to my visit...She glanced at then. PRIOR TWO BACK SURGERIES -Refused to talk to my wife after the evaluation even though my wife asked the receptionist-- -Left there more defeated & confused (waited 3 weeks for appt) -25 minute rant about how Covid isn't going away -Dismissed all of my questions SO NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER

Very disappointed patient – Apr 24, 2022

Friendly, caring, and knowledgeable.
Dr. Ann Miller was wonderful. She took the time to properly evaluate my loved one (stroke victim) to get an understanding of where he was at 2 years after his stroke. Once she was finished with her initial exam she called me in to which I answered her questions based on what I was experiencing with my loved one. She recommended an MRI and blood work for further evaluation, plus physical therapy to help him regain his coordination & balance. She also took note of his current prescribed medications and noted that he needed to start taking them as prescribed by the doctors when he said he was only taking them every other day. A follow up will occur once the MRI and bloodwork have been completed.

I was referred to Dr Miller by my neurologist for an acutely painful neuropathy. I was frightened and in pain. I traveled 45 minutes to see her. I had a time constraint but was hoping she could get my evaluation started. The MA let her know. She refused to evaluate me and additionally entered the examination room and berated me using foul language. I was shocked and left in tears. When I called her to discuss the experience, she dismissed me. I’ve never been treated so badly in a medical setting. As a fellow physician, I expected to be treated with respect and compassion.

I have recommended patients to Dr.Miller's practice. I wish I could have stayed under her care or found someone like her to trust and feel genuinely cared for like she makes a patient feel. I never left her office insecure and isn't that what 80% of medicine is really about? 20% is the treatment or script but that bedside manner is what Dr.Miller exceeds beyond expectation & I should have written this awhile ago. Thanks so much Dr.Miller MD
