Dr. Anna Boggs, DMD

I had to take my son to her because he had to be sedated. We was told that we only had to pay a certain payment. I verified 2x before I made that payment up front and again the day I went in to make the payment that this was all we had to pay. We was told yes this is it. After the procedure was done we got a bill for over $600. I was pretty upset but after talking to them they agreed to let us make small payments to pay it off. After a few months of making payments we got our next bill that had a big pink sticker on it that said "FINAL NOTICE" with a note that said "Pay in full or be turned into collections". Never got any other notice or was told prior to pay in full. She wasn't a nice person anyway but made sure I never went back to her after that. This was over 5 years ago. I only putting review in now because I didn't know we could put reviews in anywhere. Hopefully she has changed since then.

My son is almost 2. He went for his first appointment.. you would think being a pediatric dentist's office, they would go above and beyond to make the child comfortable. They didn't try at all. I was not pleased. I may have well taken him to my regular doctor for the awful care that was given. The assistant put fluoride on his teeth and barely brushed his teeth... somehow she cut his gum in two different places and the bill came out to be $120. Wiping fluoride on the teeth and a small brush could have been done at my house for less than $10 so I am having a hard time believing that that appointment that lasted 15 minutes was worth $120.

Dr. Anna-Maria Boggs, DMD was my childhood dentist and now she is my children childhood dentist she does a wonderful job

My son was a patient since age 2. Every time I was told we had great visits. Dr. Boggs never spoke to us directly, just through staff. At age 11, after a regular checkup, I am told that we need to schedule an appointment to an oral surgeon because he needs four cavities pulled, possibly two more. I was flabbergasted. I was then told they had been watching these teeth for a while. I am outraged at the dental care with receive. My son has Medicaid and was serviced this way because of his insurance
