Great doctor
She is wonderful! She explained everything and, when I went to the hospital, every single person on staff there that saw that she was my doctor commented on how great she is.

The rudest, most aggressive, egomaniac ever
Horrific. She is a nightmare of a person. Rude, egocentric, easily threatened, and power tripping. Did nothing to help, had no ideas, 3 hour wait in a freezing room.

Excellent Gastroentologist
Dr Gonzales saw my elderly mom for a colonoscopy/biopsy. She showed great care and concern for her, and was great at communicating with her and my family. She takes the mystery and fear out of a colonoscopy, and you can tell she has great passion for her work. I also found her to have a good sense of humor, which helped in our coping with a difficult situation. She was patient with our questions and explained both the procedure and the results very well. I would definitely recommend her.

Unprofessional and extremely rude.
I have NEVER encountered a doctor like Dr. Anna Gonzales, thank God!! I won't get into it because I am choosing not to be like her. She is a "mean, mean" person. Just because she is a doctor doesn't give her the right to treat a patient like she did to me. If she was having a hard day, perhaps next time she should stay home instead of taking her aggression on the patients. Unbelievable!!

Dr. Anna Gonzales has been my Gastro Dr since 2012. I saw her for concerns about celiac disease after a family member was diagnosed positive. I was negative. When I turned 50 in 2014, I saw her for my first colonoscopy. All clear. I saw her again in Spring of 2019 because I had blood in my stool. She did another colonoscopy and I was diagnosed with hemorrhoids. After many different treatments (creams, steroids, laser treatments) the bleeding persisted. August of 2020 she did another colonoscopy which showed a rectal mass. It have stage 3 colorectal cancer. I had radiation on the mass and am currently undergoing chemotherapy. Surgery will be in the future after treatment ends. I had 3 colonoscopies in 6 years and now have stage 3 cancer. How does that happen? I believe I was misdiagnosed in 2019 and treatment was delayed for a year and 4 months (which included the Covid shutdown) with unnecessary hemorrhoid treatments.

Love Dr Gonzales. She made me feel comfortable and she listened to my list of symptoms without interruption, except to ask pertinent questions. She seemed to be interested in every word. And she made my procedure seem very uneventful. I will recommend her to everyone.

Office worked me in as a NP within 2 days. Staff extremely nice & Dr. Gonzales I feel is someone that the medical community needs more of. She is thorough, knowledgeable, down to earth & didn't talk over my head. I didn't feel rushed as she listened, asked questions & took notes. I love the fact that she is straight forward, honest & looked at ways to save me time & money. She called me twice over the weekend personally to check on me. You don't get those phone calls from doctors anymore.
