Dr. Anna Kast, DO

This provider missed several key pieces of information in the chart and patient history that were relevant and imperative for treatment and diagnosis. When the family tried to educate her about the patients history and condition she interrupted and talked over them repeatedly. Her notes in the patients chart were inaccurate. Clinical judgement was off or not present at all. She presents as defensive, ego driven and more invested in being right than in seeking to understand the full clinical picture to provide patient centered quality care.

This Dr. Spent 40-50 SECONDS talking to me at each 'visit' while I was in the hospital,she talks at you,not to you and she lacks empathy. This is one of those Dr's who only wants the title/pay because she doesn't show concern or ask questions,spending 1 minute or less on a patient on different occasions is ridiculous. I don't even think that she checked my chart,or she would have known that my blood pressure got dangerously low the night before.
