Dr. Anna Koeppel, MD

The administration at North Florida Pediatrics is sub par at best. They have retaliatory policies in place that have no correlation to patient care or customer service. We took our 2 children to this office since they were newborns. Once Covid happened, our work situation forced us to work from home which meant that the commute to the DRs office was 1 hr/ each way. We made the decision to move them to another DR that was closer and more convenient due to the ongoing situation. Now that our situation is normalizing and we are going back to work we decided to put them back in North Florida Pediatrics (Because we like the Doctor). Well as it turns out, North Florida Pediatrics has a policy (apparently, I have not seen one in writing) that states that if you leave the practice for another Dr. in Tallahassee that you are not welcome back. We were never informed of this originally and had no idea until we received a rude voicemail stating that we cannot come back. My calls are being ignored

I have a child who is constantly sick. On one occasion I had to call for a sick apt and was placed on hold. I drove 45 minutes to her office and was STILL on hold when I walked through the doors! Another time we had a sick apt that required a prescription. The Px wasn't sent to the pharmacist and the office closed for the weekend meaning we had to take another trip to urgent care. This last time I waited 1 week for a sick apt! We will never use this office.

Dr. Koeppel and her staff have been exceptional. We have taken both of our children there and plan to continue to do so. The staff is informed, up-to-date on research, and always going to do what is in the best interest of the child and their family. We would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality pediatric care in Tallahassee.

Very thorough, and does an excellent job communicating. She takes the time to make sure all questions are answered, and never seems rushed to leave the room. A truly compassionate Dr who cares for her patients.

Dr. Koeppel is a great Predication. She was very knowledgeable about the issues/ concerns I had for my son. She listened to what I had to say as a parent and gave great feedback. The office staff was very helpful as well.There was a little wait but nothing like my previous doctor's office. I really like the fact that no matter what time I call there is always a nurse available to answer any question I may have about my son. North Florida Peds is the best pediatrics office in Tallahassee.

She always calls and checks up on us whenever our kids are sick

I highly recommend Dr. Koeppel. She is very thorough and has wonderful bedside manor with my child. My daughter actually looks forward to her scheduled appointments at North Florida Pediatrics. All of the providers at this office (MD's and ARNP's) really understand how to care and treat their patients. Also, the office staff at North Florida Pediatrics are warm and friendly. They always greet us with a smile and take care of all of our needs upon our request. We love North Florida Pediatrics!
