I have seen Dr Krigel for more than 7 years. Don't be fooled by her photo, where she still looks like a 25 year old Resident - she is bright, very thorough, compassionate, attentive and a good listener and an overall excellent health care provider. She is also skilled in other areas of medicine and is able to connect symptoms and make recommendations outside of her specialty I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful doctor for all your gastro needs

Avoid
This Dr. can not careless. She did an endoscopy and found some cells that were transforming which can lead to cancer. She told me to wait 10 years and do the exam again. I asked for advice in changing habits, she said nothing She acted like a robot. Please go with someone that actually cares. !

Don’t fret, you’ll find no answers!
A doctor needs to be extremely cautious with what procedures and needs the medications to reach the patients after being prescribed to patients, but she does not reply back to questions nor does specifically initiate any help for a patients aftercare. A “well trained” doctor should specialize with after care rather than closing their doors after seeing a patient and ghosting them. Highly unlikely that I will willingly come back. Hope her behavior does not affect any more patients.

6 star recommendation for Dr. Krigel and her staff
From start to finish my experience with Dr. Krigel and her staff was exceptional. I felt comfortable and well cared for, starting days before the procedure when her wonderful nurse, Shama, contacted me and answered all my question in a very friendly and professional manner. I had some questions about my post-procedure report. Dr. Krigel called and explained things thoroughly and patiently the same day she was contacted. This is how medicine should always be practiced!
