They can’t understand me
The staff doesn’t speak English which isn’t an issue except I only speak English. The doctor is better but hands notes to her staff that order the wrong tests and meds.

Called in with a fever, teething and some coughing. Wanted to make sure the fever had to do with teething and it was nothing else/serious. Dr. told us through receptionist to come whenever they had a spot for us which turned out to be in a whole week(!) and simply deal with the fever. We went to ER on the same day instead and our son had an ear infection. What if we waited for the whole week while simply knocking down the fever! The baby needed antibiotics right away, not in a week!
