She will drop you for having to miss or skip appointments and apparently seeing her assistant doesn't count. Find another doctor if you're able to.

Dr. is very good but office staff is terrible. They gave me wrong lab scripts for another patient with same first name and same birthdate. They rarely return calls or in a timely manner or patient portal request. In the past two years I have had to call multiple times to correct prescription errors after the pharmacy could not get a response from the office. During a recent MRI exam the sent wrong lab work. I had to pay MRI facility to perform test to save time. Again, the doctor is very competent but her staff very disorganized. The practice cannot even submit labs electronically, you have to hand carry lab script for blood work.I DO NOT RECOMEND. Looking for new provider.

She is a great doctor She spent time with me, asked me lots of questions and she made me feel positive about my diabetes and that I can get it under control She motivated me and I can't wait for my 3 month followup, so I can have my A1c down and my weight It helps a patient when your doctor encourages you and you leave positive I highly recommend her

Would not recommend ... kept pushing Tapazole for Graves’ disease, a medication that has horrendous and potentially lethal side effects, gave me WRITTEN statement about those side effects so she could cover her own behind ... didn’t discuss other treatment options ... AVOID

I had to wait almost 2 hours to see the doctor with a scheduled appointment. She was rushed and only spent about 5 minutes with me. Dr. Sweitlik was very rude and yelled at me about an error her staff made. She did not apologize when I told her I followed the directions I was given. I was told my next visit needed to be with the nurse assistant since she was too busy. I kept requesting for my labs to be sent to Quest and twice I showed up and they were not sent. She and her assistant bad mouthed other doctors and the laboratory. Very unprofessional. I left the practice last month and asked for my records to be sent to the other doctor and she refused.

She was very short and to the point. she's definitely a Time watcher and I felt rushed. she failed to run any tests to get a base score but felt it was necessary to prescribe medication that has severe side effects. The staff was very young and opinionated was not very happy when I left. she said my blood pressure was a little high which was not my Norm when she got the reading she failed asked me if I had any stimulants this morning and I didn't think you tell her that I had about a quart of black coffee which would cause my blood pressure to be up for about 3 hours her lack of communication and understanding was very dissatisfying. she may be a good doctor I don't know but I was not happy with a level of communication definitely watching the clock

She gave me more time to ask questions and give me sensible answers than any of the other providers I see.

Be careful of fake reviews here. This doctor does not know how to treat thyroid issues properly. She will even tell you your hypo or hyper thyroid symptoms aren't thyroid related nor can Hashimotos cause any symptoms. The thyroid controls over 300 hormones in the body. How can the thyroid not cause problems when imbalanced? She will look at tsh only, a pituitary hormone, not free t3 the active thyroid hormone. These endocrinologists also only care about lab ranges. They dont care to treat you based on optimal levels for you personally. Feel like crap? To bad. They should be catching up on studies and understanding that lab ranges don't mean things are working on a cellular level. If you are looking for a thyroid doctor please look for someone who tests ALL thyroid hormones and treats you personally, not just as a number.

Excellent staff and Customer Service!! She is always concerned about the me and my health concerns, and always has fun stories to tell. Very Educated Endocrinologist, and she knows all the latest medications for use with my Diabetes issues. Thanks for all you and your staff do to help Me Dr. Swietlik!!

Dr Swietlik is very caring to her patient and takes the time to listen. I would recommend her to anyone looking to find a knowledgeable, confident, caring doctor who knows her stuff!

I’ve been a longtime patient of hers, and though I like who she is, as a doctor I couldn’t recommend. She’s cut me off while trying to ask questions and has not spent more then two mins (if that) in the room with me. Sadly, I feel as though she rushes through her patients to get to leave. She also didn’t provide me with medical advice that was very crucial to my diagnosis. I depend on these reviews when looking for a doctor and that’s why I felt compelled to be honest about her.

I see Dr. Swietlik for my thyroid disease. She’s a fantastic doctor. She’s on top of my condition but more than that, she listens to me. She’s concerned for my whole healthy well being not just my thyroid. She’s willing to work with medications and dosage to make sure that I am feeling at my best.

I started seeing Dr. Swietlik for an endocrinoly problem and stayed for my diabetes. She is very knowledgeble and thorough. She immediately picked up on my anxiety and worked to keep me calm while informing me of my condition and what needed to be done. I would recommend her to anyone. She's professional, knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, reassuring, patient. I couldn't ask for a better doctor to oversea for my medical problems. I have found a gem!!

Dr. Anna Szafran-Swietlik is cautious and thorough. I've been suffering for so long while the Veterans' Administration has ignored my symptoms and complaints. Not to mention the obvious lab results, I am EXTREMELY grateful to finally be able to get out of the house and do things with my wife. I'm looking forward to my new life, THANK YOU! :-)

Anna Szafran-Swietlik is an excellent doctor. She is both professional and intelligent plus she listens to her patients. I usually have questioned some requiring detail answers. During my appointments I always have my previous and current blood work results. She patiently answers all my questions comparing the results. I have recommended her to other individuals. RSF
